Vintage NZ brand Soneil turquoise-teal midi dress with a ruffled high neckline, long bishop sleeves with buttoned cuffs, a matching fabric waist belt, and a pleated/ruffled hemline finish. Likely from the 1960's. An additional hole has been added to the belt but otherwise in great condition for its age! I couldn't find any marks or stains. I am around an NZ 12 - 14, and it was slightly too small on me, I would say this is NZ 10-12.
