Antique Rare Burleigh Ware Blue Chintz Bowl with Gold Rim

This gold rimmed pale blue floral bowl was made in the early 20th century and features a pale blue transferware that was used by Doulton Burslem before Burleigh & Leigh created Burleigh ware. There is a handwritten figure that appears to read "10" which may be the year it was manufactured. It is in excellent condition, especially considering its age. There is a little wear to the gold on the rim but otherwise great. No chips or cracks. 

I have literally spent hours trying to find more information on this piece and the transfer pattern. The closest I could find are the couple of pictures in the gallery where the chintz was used as a background for another design.
